Virtual Clinics
The Virtual Clinics Service enables patients to get medical care via «Sehhaty» App; in terms of facilitating their access to integrated health services remotely, whether for follow-up or new appointments; thus reducing the patients’ visits to hospitals and healthcare centers for non-emergency cases, contributing to stopping the spread of the virus, as well as improving the patient satisfaction by saving time and effort required to obtain the health service.

Service Mechanism:
  • In case of Hospital Appointment:
    1. During the first visit, the doctor determines whether the patient condition requires his presence or not, or if the patient wishes to obtain the service remotely.
    2. The appointment is scheduled for the patient to follow up with his/her doctor remotely through the hospital reservation officer.
    3. The patient gets a single SMS with the date and time of his/her appointment.
    4. The SMS, also, includes a link on how to use the service and another one for downloading «Sehhaty» App.
    5. A reminder is sent one day before the appointment date, and patient is alerted when the doctor is online.
  • In case of Healthcare Center Appointment:
    1. The patient can directly book an appointment via «Sehhaty» App if the service is available in the health center.
    2. The patient gets a single SMS with the date and time of his/her appointment.
    3. The SMS, also, includes a link on how to use the service and another one for downloading «Sehhaty» App.
    4. A reminder is sent one day before the appointment date, and patient is alerted when the doctor is online.
