In its continuous efforts to improve the health standards of its citizens, the Ministry's Service Level Agreement for e-Services on the Ministry of Health Portal aims to clearly define and explain the quality of healthcare services provided through various systems and services. Additionally, it outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the Ministry and the beneficiaries.
This agreement serves as a clear and explicit contract between the Ministry and all its users, whether they are aware of the agreement or not.
Accordingly, by availing any service covered by this agreement, users implicitly and explicitly agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, without prejudice to any other agreements that may apply during the provision of these services.

Beneficiary's Rights and Obligations
Beneficiaries of the Ministry's services have certain rights and obligations, which are outlined as follows:
  1. The beneficiaries' requests shall be handled fairly and confidentially. And they shall be answered properly through the system and via the mobile phone and email, whenever it is necessary.
  2. The e-portal allows users to create an account, through which he can apply for services and benefit from the systems and applications offered by the Portal, Users can also track their requests and messages through their accounts.
  3. Registration must be based on identity verification, and the entered data must be accurate. Inaccurate or incorrect data may lead to the request rejection.
  4. The applicant shall bear full responsibility for his/her choices and the service-regulating regulations. Non-compliant requests will be rejected.
  5. In case you are accepted, you shall be notified via the email address you have registered on the system, as well as a text message to your mobile phone. Also, you can access your account on the MOH Portal to inquire about the status of the request.

MOH's Rights and Obligations
Just as beneficiaries have rights and obligations, so does the Ministry. The Ministry interacts with correct messages and requests, directly communicating with the concerned parties if the services are electronic, and within a maximum of three days for regular services. It is worth noting that there is a system of rules and regulations that must be adhered to, and there is accountability for any shortcomings in responding to messages and requests from beneficiaries.The MOH Portal administration shall maintain the justice and privacy rules while dealing with beneficiaries' requests., ensuring excellent performance in providing healthcare services to citizens.The MOH Portal administration has the right to cancel or suspend any submitted request, without giving any reasons.The MOH Portal administration has the right to exclude non-conforming requests or the ones containing incorrect information.The MOH Portal administration has the right to temporarily deactivate some services or systems for maintenance or other reasons.
