The importance of the unified health file lies in the fact that it is a digital health platform, which provides updated data of patients, showing history and type of disease and medicines dispensed, his medical insurance, laboratory testing results, vaccinations, and referrals. The project also contributes to unifying medical records to improve the quality of healthcare and patient safety, the matter which underlines the importance of health data for evaluating performance, automating the healthcare system, exchanging digital information, and saving the patient’s previous medical record.
