In line with the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) directives to pay attention to patients and provide them with all health services and facilities, MOH’s Patient Experience Center seeks to achieve the highest levels of patients and families’ satisfaction of MOH and its health facilities. Hence, «Awlawia» Card, which is one of the Center’s initiatives, was developed to accelerate the procedures and services provided to special categories of patients at health facilities.
In an endeavor to enable the target group to fully utilize the health facilities, by means of removing all obstacles to access health services, as well as making these facilities an environment that promotes independence and provides all services with dignity to patients, «Priority» offices have been established to provide services at health facilities.
