| The fees were paid through the SADAD system, biller code (128), after communicating via email: (nalthomil@moh.gov.sa), where the SADAD invoice number is sent via email to those wishing to participate in the competition, and after completing the payment process and sending the invoice to the email: (walaiwat@moh.gov.sa), the competitor is delivered the terms and specifications booklet - Ministry of Health - Digital City - Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Awwal Road - General Department of Procurement -Tower 2 -Floor 18

Tender objectives
| Through this initiative, the Ministry of Health seeks to activate mechanisms for financial sustainability in health facilities and increase spending efficiency by adopting innovative business models and digital solutions that contribute primarily and directly to achieving the goals of the health transformation program. The Ministry aims to contract with one of the specialized companies qualified by the Health Insurance Council with the best modern technologies and distinguished practices to build, implement and operate the revenue cycle management for the Ministry’s primary health care centers, through the revenue sharing model.
