Frequently Asked Questions:
- What are the differences between Governance and Corporate
Governance?
- Governance refers to the establishment of direction, regulations and
policies, with continuous supervision and monitoring of their proper
implementation and impact, by the governing bodies of the health sector. It
includes the mechanisms required to balance the powers of members (and their
associated accountabilities) and their primary duties to achieve national health
policy objectives that are conducive to the highest international
standards.

the management to achieve company's objectives.

job opportunities and will conduct training courses to raise the level of
employees to do new tasks.
