Procedures:
Phase 1: Topic Proposal:
The Ministry publishes topics to the targeted audience or the public and requests electronic participation in decision-making via:

Phase 2: Collecting Electronic Participation:
- When a topic is introduced, you can share your opinion according to the guidelines and terms mentioned below.
- After the specified participation period ends, the Ministry will close the participation window for that topic.
Phase 3: Analyzing Participation:
In this phase, the contributions are sorted and analyzed, and the appropriate ones are used in decision-making and policy formulation.
Phase 4: Decision Announcement:
In this phase, the actions taken are announced on the topic page, along with appropriate responses to the most prominent contributions, as far as possible.

Responsible Entity:
The electronic portal content management team reviews all community contributions and shares them with decision-makers at the Ministry before publication to ensure quality and elevate the levels of dialogue to achieve the desired goals. The Ministry also reserves the right not to publish or delete what it deems inconsistent with its policy or the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
