Health Days 2020

World Mental Health Day

Introduction:
Mental health is an integral part of health; indeed, there is no health without mental health. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act and communicate with others. It also helps determine how we handle stress and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
