MOH Wins Two International Awards for Performance Program (Adaa')

​The Ministry of Health (MOH) has won two international awards of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) in London for MOH's Performance Program (Adaa') which achieved positive results. The first award was for the improvement in public service and the other award for the best project at international level in 2018. MOH has submitted the performance program (Adaa') currently implemented in 72 hospitals across the Kingdom and features 42 indicators to measure the performance of key service aspects in emergency, inpatient, outpatient clinics, ICU, labs and radiology, and also to measure satisfaction indicators for improvement.  


It is worth mentioning that MOH has implemented many service programs and launched quality initiatives, which contributed to improving health services provided for citizens, and raising performance efficiency at health facilities. The program has achieved satisfactory results so far. The program is line with the strategic objectives of the National Transformation Program 2020 towards achieving the Saudi Vision 2030.  The new Health System comes in line with the National Transformation Program to secure an added value, through enhancing health outcomes, ensuring access to health services, improving service-delivery modalities, in addition to offering integrated healthcare in compliance with adopted international standards".

It noted that the London-based Management Consultancies Association (MCA) announces its awards in several management and leadership areas for institutions which provide quality development projects in various fields.
