According to Al-Qunfudhah Health Affairs, two Anti-Smoking Clinics have been launched (one in Al-Qawz Healthcare Center and the other in Al-Suffah Healthcare Center-Hali), in addition to the existing clinics in Al-Sharqiyah Healthcare Center; thus bringing the number of such clinics in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate into 3 clinics. These clinics provide consultation, therapeutic, educational and awareness-raising services, as well as specialized treatments to help beneficiaries quit smoking.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Qunfudhah Health Affairs provide its services through 5 hospitals and 43 healthcare centers. Over the past year, 602,147 patients were served by emergency, inpatient and outpatient departments.
