Signing 92 Agreements and MoU Over Two Days at The Global Health Exhibition

The Global Health Exhibition witnessed the signing of 92 agreements and memorandums of understanding over two day,  to promote healthy living, achieve the Health Sector Transformation goals in various fields in the Kingdom, and enhance investment opportunities in the fields of technology, research, innovation, and digital health solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of health services, in addition to develop the workforce by enhancing knowledge through medical education and training programs, and logistics.The agreements signed varied between government agencies, entities, universities, and local and international companies which seek to raise the efficiency and quality of health service provision. They aim at achieving a vibrant society for a better health, in addition to enhancing investment in the health sector, and keeping pace with medical innovations and technologies which contributes to strengthening public health to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in the health sector, and the health sector transformation program.The Ministry of Health (MOH) signed a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding. The most prominent of which is demonstrating the concepts of artificial intelligence applications for population health data, and artificial intelligence applications in the health sector, in addition to cooperation in the fields of digital health and biotechnology.  The MOH also signed contracts related to developing and operating a world-class laboratory system to manage and electronically connect central laboratories and pathology laboratories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a result, there will be a central, unified system for all types of medical, public health and toxicology analyses, which helps laboratory staff and healthcare providers in healthcare clusters and associated hospitals.It is worth noting that the 6th Edition of the Global Health Exhibition will continue up to Tuesday at Roshen Exhibition and Conference Center, under the theme “Invest in Health”. It represents the most prominent event in the healthcare field. It showcases the latest innovations and technologies in the medical and healthcare fields, and includes many specialized programs and workshops, and 30 dialogue sessions of 100 specialists and experts, with the participation of their excellencies, senior officials, and CEOs of major companies in the healthcare sector, and 300 local and international companies specialized in healthcare fields.
