According to the Eastern Region Health Affairs, over the first quarter of this year, 7,109 field and electronic inspection tours have been conducted; to ensure the compliance of all public and private health facilities and vaccination centers with precautionary measures against COVID-19.
“The inspection tours have been conducted by field teams through 1,151 hospitals, 2,601 pharmacies, 2,581 medical complexes, 63 vaccination centers, in addition to 713 electronic inspections of health facilities. These inspections focused on evaluating visual sorting, ensuring the compliance with precautionary measures, and evaluating pharmacies, in addition to detection of violations,” stated the Affairs, highlighting the continuation of such inspection tours.
