MOH Records 1,183 COVID-19 New Cases, Reiterates Call for Adherence to Precautions to Stop the Virus

​The Ministry of Health (MOH) has underlined the importance of compliance with precautionary measures and preventive protocols, including wearing face masks, avoiding shaking hands, and maintaining physical distancing to stop the spread of the virus for the safety of all society members.

According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,183 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 445,963 confirmed cases, including 10,152 active cases and 1,353 critical cases.

In addition, 1,040 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 428,502 recoveries. Also, 14 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 7,309, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
