More than 2,600,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been received through over 500 vaccination centers across the Kingdom, according to the Ministry of Health (MOH). The ministry called upon everyone to take the initiative and get the jab via “Sehaty” app in order to maintain their health and safety.
According to MOH, 381 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom in the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 383,880 confirmed cases, including 3,688 active cases, and 564 critical cases.
In addition, 240 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 373,601 recoveries, all praise is due to Allah. Also, 6 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,591, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 47,139 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.
MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
