COVID-19 Vaccination Centers Witness Great Turnout, MOH Says

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that the COVID-19 vaccination centers across the Kingdom are witnessing a great turnout of citizens and residents to receive the vaccine amid efficient regulatory procedures and easy flow. The centers receive those registered via “Sehaty” app according to a precise mechanism to prevent congestion. It calls upon everyone to hurry up and register for the vaccine to maintain their health and safety and to protect them from being infected with the virus. It reiterated that the vaccination is free for all citizens and residents as per the directives of the wise leadership. 

In the same vein, MOH has announced that, over the past 24 hours, 337 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom, 346 recoveries, and 2,549 active cases including 497 critical cases.

It added that the total confirmed cases have amounted to 374,366 and the total recoveries to 365,363 cases. Also, 4 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,454. Moreover, 48,779 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.

It urged everyone to seek advice by calling the 937-Service Centre, available 24/7. They can have access to health information and updates on COVID-19.
