According to Madinah health affairs, over the past year, the outpatient clinics of Al-Miqat General Hospital have served 10,826 patients in several medical specialties.
It added that the hospital has served 26,941 emergencies, 1,639 inpatients, performed 808 surgeries, 279,432 lab tests, 12,906 x-rays and refilled 54,813 prescriptions.
It is to be noted that the 200-bed hospital has 9 primary healthcare centers, namely: Al-Diatha, Al-Defaa, Al-Qaswa, Urwa, Wadi Reem, Abu Markha, Al-Asherah, Abyar Al-Mashi and Al-Esaifrain healthcare center.
