The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Conference and Exhibition will review several topics, including creating digital workplace and current situation, driving innovation and new business models, extending health and care beyond hospital walls, harnessing the power of data and enabling smarter health systems and lessons learned from COVID-19, as well as leveraging digital health to predict, prevent and manage future crises. The conference will also shed light on the latest advanced technological innovations in the healthcare field and ways to benefit from them.
A number of experts and specialists from inside and outside the Kingdom will discuss the promising opportunities provided by blockchain technology, get acquainted with its fundamentals and advantages and latest developments.
It is noteworthy that the conference will be held under the patronage of HE Minister of Health and President of Saudi Health Council, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, over the period from November 29th to December 2nd, 2020. The virtual conference is sponsored by MOH, Saudi Health Council and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and organized by National Health Information Center in collaboration with HIMSS under the theme: “Transforming Health and Care Together: From Vision to Reality". Participants will be awarded HIMSS free membership and 21 Continuing Medical Education (CME) hour.
