His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, has approved changing the name of Information Security General Department into Cybersecurity General Department.
It is noted that the department is working to unify the communication channels between all MOH’s affiliated departments, directorates, hospitals, healthcare centers, and all counterpart entities; in an endeavor to implement the regulations of the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and all its publications of programs and others issued in the public interest. Besides, the cybersecurity is an essential component of any digital transformation.
