King Abdullah Medical City- Makkah (KAMC), represented by the Joint Administrative Development Department, has obtained ISO 10015 certification for quality training, the first of its kind in the Kingdom.
“The importance of obtaining this certification lies in the fact that human resources are one of the most vital elements of success and competitiveness for any organization. Also, the certificate enables the organization to provide the highest quality standards in training programs, which will have its positive impact on the quality and outputs KAMC provides. At the same time, it enhances the ability to close the gap between reality and expectations, and to provide high competitive advantages. As well, training is the main factor in filling the competency gap at any sector or organization. The implementation of the ISO standards by LAMC stresses interest to improve its services by investing in its real capital; that is the human resources.
