Al-Falih Participates in the Honoring Ceremony of Success Partners and Scout Teams in Public Service Camps for 1436H-Hajj Season
17 February 2016
His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, has expressed his pleasure to participate in the ceremony of honoring the success partners and the outstanding scouts teams in public service camps  in Makkah, Madinah, and the Holy Sites for the 1436H-Hajj season. The ceremony was organized by the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association (SASA) on Tuesday evening, under the auspices of  the Minister of Education, Chairman of SASA, Dr. Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Issa.

During his speech at the ceremony, Al-Falih showed his pride of this honorable youth of the country. He pointed out that the kings of our country are so proud to claim the title of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; because they realize the honor of serving these two holy places and their visitors. He noted that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, May Allah protect him, does not miss the opportunity, whether in a private or public meeting , to highlight that his first mission, which he is proud of, is serving the Two Holy Mosques.

"From this standpoint, these youth have found their leadership as a better role model, so they have proceeded to take part in these noblest acts, by exerting their utmost efforts in serving pilgrims and visitors of Madinah. Hardships never delay them, nor do large numbers of pilgrims scare them. On the contrary they stood in the middle of this great mass gathering, to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, guide those who are lost, and direct the crowds. Therefore, they were really the best support for all parties, which honored by Allah to participate in this great work," Al-Falih said.

He went on saying that those youth of a tender spirit have found the best guide for their efforts toward these good deeds in the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, given that one of its members is an intermediate stage student. He underlined that the noble objectives of the Association, expressed in its Constitution, are still firmly etched in his mind.

He retrieved the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, May Allah have mercy upon him, sixteen years ago, when he called the Scouts' youth to be messengers of peace, meanwhile calling the youth to join those who are achieving his wish and carry the message of peace and love, by means of offering good deeds. Al-Falih highlighted that the efforts of those youth are a great investment for a hopeful future, and the rise of nations depends on such determined and giving youth.

At the conclusion of his speech, Al-Falih extended his thanks to the SASA, especially the Minister of Education and Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, Dr. Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Issa, for their efforts in preparing these youth for this lofty mission, and the role they played in the coordination and support, meanwhile wishing them good luck and success.
