The Deputy Minister of Health for Public Health, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saeed, has met today, Monday, morning with a high-level Korean health delegation, headed by the Director General of Healthcare and Policy Making Office at the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), Mr. Lee Dong Wook.
During the Meeting, they discussed the ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the areas of medical professionals and medical and pharmaceutical services, as well as supporting the medical researches and promoting the joint researches, in line with the current health developments in the Kingdom. Besides, the meeting touched upon the establishment of positive environment for joint cooperation in many fields and reinforcing cooperation with the Korean side in the human resources domain, in such a manner that will be positively reflected on the development of health services in the Kingdom.
On the Saudi Side, the meeting was attended by a number of Deputy Ministers of Health and a representative of the Food and Drug Authority (FDA).
