The Ministry of Health (MOH) represented by the Visiting Hajj Manpower Committee has opened registration for those willing to participate in the 1436-Hajj season, under temporary contracts with the MOH, in a number of specialties.
These specialties included cardiology (consultants and specialists in interventional cardiology), intensive care (consultants, specialists, nursing specialists and technicians), anesthesiology (consultants and specialists), emergency (consultants and specialists), nephrology (consultants and specialists), cardiac technology (nursing specialists and technicians), respiratory diseases (specialists and technicians), and artificial kidney (nursing technicians and specialists).
The Committee set a number of requirements for the applicants including getting the approval of their employer to participate in the Hajj medical activities, as well as a valid certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS), and a copy of their identity cards (ID cards for the Saudi nationals or a copy of a valid residence permit for non-Saudis). The applicants were required also to provide their contact data: mobile phone number and e-mail address.
