In the same respect, the PMO has prepared a unified draft of terms, specifications and standardized procedures required to facilitate the bidding process  for executing  projects within a scope of time consistent with the strategy. PMO tasks includes installing EPM Tools to follow up projects and achieve targeted objectives. Furthermore, it is dedicated to a wide range of other future tasks, including training and coordinating between project managers on one hand and other concerned authorities on the other hand, in addition to supporting project managers to overcome any problems during executing the projects.
