The National Committee for combating hepatitis B and C in its meeting convened at the MOH premises confirmed the importance of using only disposable blades at barbing places in the different parts of the Kingdom and the sacred shrines, a move taken for minimizing the possibility of transferring both diseases.
The MOH Official Speaker Dr. Khalid Al-Marghalani said MOH addressed the relative bodies at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Hajj to inform all barbing places as well as those working in the sacred shrine to commit to using only disposable blades.
