Overview
There are four main types of leukemia that vary based on treatment methods and their responsiveness to the treatment. They are:
- Acute myeloid leukemia.
- Acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
- Chronic myeloid leukemia.
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Leukemia symptoms can vary from one patient to another, but generally, most patients will experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- Fever.
- Night sweats.
- Frequent infections.
- Weight loss.
- Headache.

Facts:
- Every 180 seconds, one person is diagnosed with leukemia.
- Scientists do not yet know the true causes of leukemia.
- This disease may develop and develop as a result of a combination of several different genetic and environmental factors, but cancer itself is not inherited.
