Organizational Reporting Structure:
Reports to the General Manager of the Office.
General Objective:
Is in charge of translating reports and correspondence for the Minister's office.
Tasks:
- Preparing presentations, briefs and references on incoming correspondence and reports in English.
- Translating reports and correspondence into Arabic.
- Preparing all outgoing correspondence and reviewing all communications received from Ministry agencies and departments in English.
- Keeping and updating lists of names and addresses of overseas persons to send them greeting cards as well as preparing incoming and outgoing greetings.
- Performing any other assigned task.
