Organizational Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Department of Administrative Affairs.
General Objective:
In charge of all accounting and financial affairs of the personnel in the Office of the Minister.
Tasks:
- Supervising all accounting and financial aspects related to the Office of the Minister.
- Preparing salary sheets for personnel in the Office of the Minister in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department.
- Preparing detachments in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department to complete financial procedures.
- Preparing salaries for the personnel in the Office of the Minister in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department.
- Coordinating with other departments in the Ministry.
- Supervising the stocks of publications and other materials related to the Office of the Minister.
- Making expenditures in accordance with office requirements and applicable regulations.
- Saving information, salary sheets and resolutions of the personnel in the Office.
- Performing any other assigned task.
