According to Al-Qassim Health Affairs, over the second quarter of this year (2021), Al-Qassim hospitals have performed 5,365,289 lab tests, with 5,197,766 tests at public hospitals and 167,523 at private hospitals.
It is noted that these lab tests featured various types of medical testing at the blood bank, hematology department, hemoglobin electrophoresis department, cellular examination department, routine chemistry department, special chemistry department, hormones department, immunology department, serology department, histocompatibility department, microbiology department, and histology department, in addition to other lab tests.
