According to Najran Health Affairs, the partial Polio Vaccination Campaign of primary healthcare centers (PHCs) has served 18,462 children. The campaign has been held for one week (from October 4th to 11th) in the Southern Border Region for those children under 5 years among Saudis and residents. “During the campaign, all precautionary measures have been taken to prevent COVID-19 infection transmission,” stated the Affairs.
The Affairs added that PHCs continue to provide measles vaccination service for ages 1 to 30 years, which began on October 4th and will last for two months. By the end of the second week, they have served18,833 beneficiaries.
