According to Bisha Health Affairs, the Cardiac Catheterization Department has been launched at King Abdullah Hospital-Bisha, after completing all its required equipment, including devices of cardiovascular catheters, diagnostic catheters, stents, and balloons.
The department operates two days a week (Sunday and Wednesday) in its first operational phase. By Allah’s Grace, three successful surgeries have been performed on the department’s first operational day.
It is worth mentioning that Bisha Health Affairs provides health services to the people of Bisha, Balqarn, Tathlith, and Al-Amwah. Besides, King Abdullah Hospital-Bisha is the first reference hospital for all beneficiaries of hospitals services in the region.
