E-Services Launched to Serve 1,630 Patients at Home Medicine Program in Al-Qassim

The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by Al-Qassim Health Affairs General Directorate, has launched e-services to benefit 1,630 patients from Home Medicine Program in the region. This aims to measure the beneficiaries’ satisfaction, remind them of the dates of home visits, and provide them with the awareness and educational messages about home healthcare.
 
It is noteworthy that Al-Qassim Health Affairs General Directorate works on several platforms to serve patients and develop methods of communication with them, the matter which will reduce their suffering of visiting hospitals to get the service. The Home Medicine Program benefits about 1,630 patients, who receive therapeutic and preventive care services in their own homes and among their families through home medicine teams from the region’s hospitals. The services of home medicine program are not limited to treatment, but rather to the provision of the patient needs, as well as supporting his room with the necessary equipment to create an environment suitable for his conditions.
