The Ministry of Health (MOH) has recently inaugurated the first stage of the Self-Service Initiative Project, which is reckoned the first service of its kind in the hospitals of the region. The initiative aims to provide the non-therapeutic services to patients and visitors electronically according to the highest modern methods, which also allow them to take advantage of the services provided by the hospital throughout the day without having to wait for the official working hours or meeting the concerned employee. At this stage they will be able to benefit from the services of outpatient appointments, medical reports, proposals and complaints, assessment of beneficiary satisfaction with the provided services and the request for priority card.
