Minister of Health Issues New Mandate Resolutions

Within the framework of the Ministry of Health's (MOH) policy and approach to rotating the senior positions and provide the health facilities with the medical and administrative cadres and outstanding experts for the patients’ interest, His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Alhayaza, has issued a number of administrative resolutions. Meanwhile, it didn’t escape his notice to extend his thanks and appreciation to all senior officials, namely; Dr. Abdul-Salam Nour Wali, Dr. Saleh Al-Salehi and Abdulaziz Al-Khotani, whose mandate period is over. He thanked them for their strenuous efforts and great services during their past work tenure, which contributed (and are still contributing) to providing health care for citizens and residents, and have thankfully achieved a lot of achievements.
 
The resolutions provided for assigning Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Me‘allem to undertake the tasks and responsibilities as the Director General of Makkah Health Affairs for one year, starting from January 12th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie‘ Al-Awwal 21st, 1436 H), instead of Dr. Abdul-Salam bin Abdurrahman Nour Wali, who has declined to have his mandate extended for personal reasons.
 
Furthermore, the resolutions stipulated designating Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Shaibani to undertake the tasks and responsibilities as the as the Director General of the Eastern Region Health Affairs for one year, starting from January 12th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie‘ Al-Awwal 21st, 1436 H), instead of Dr.  Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Salehi, who has declined to have his mandate extended for personal reasons.
 
That is to be added to mandating Dr. Ahmad bin Ahmad Muhammad Sahli to undertake the tasks and responsibilities as the Director General of the Eastern Region Health Affairs for one year, starting from January 8th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie‘ Al-Awwal 17th, 1436 H).
 
Likewise, the resolutions included mandating Dr. Mubarak bin Hassan Mubarak Dhafer to undertake the tasks and responsibilities as the Director General of Jeddah Health Affairs for one year, starting from January 10th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie‘ Al-Awwal 19th,1436 H), instead of Dr.  Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Khotani, who has declined to have his mandate extended for personal reasons.
 
And last but not least, the resolutions provide for mandating of Dr. Mubarak bin Abdulaziz Al-Melhem to undertake the tasks and responsibilities as the CEO of King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Dammam for one year, starting from January 12th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie‘ Al-Awwal 21st, 1436 H).
 
For their part, the assigned officials have extended their thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the Minister of Health for this valuable trust bestowed upon them, meanwhile praying for Almighty Allah to make them up to the good expectations of everyone, and help them contribute, with their expertise to supporting and developing the health services, in such a manner that achieves everyone's satisfaction.
