Crown Prince Thanks Dr. Al-Rabeeah for the MOH's Efforts in Serving Pilgrims

   His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and the Minister of Defense, May Allah protect him, has extended his deepest thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, and the employees of the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the strenuous efforts exerted by the Ministry in serving the pilgrims during 1433-Hajj season.
 
In a telegram to Dr. Al-Rabeeah, His Royal Highness said, “As we Praise Allah for that achievement, we would like to thank Your Excellency for the colossal efforts exerted by the Ministry, praying for Allah Almighty to make success of all our efforts, He is the All-Hearing and Ever-Responsive”
 
For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Al-Rabeeah, as well as the MOH employees, expressed the deepest thanks and gratitude to His Royal Highness, meanwhile lauding the colossal efforts made by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, May Allah protect them, in serving the visitors of the Sacred House of Allah (pilgrims), and providing  sound and healthy circumstances for them to perform Hajj rituals easily and conveniently.
 
It is noteworthy that Ministry of Health has provided distinguished health services for pilgrims this year. The total of pilgrims who have received such services has mounted to 504.071. Field medical teams have treated 16066 pilgrims on place, whereas 4515 patients have been hospitalized. Furthermore, this year has witnessed performing more specific surgeries. The number of heart catheterization surgeries has reached 463 surgeries, in addition to 42 open-heart surgeries. The number of dialysis sessions was 3112 sessions, that is to be added to 32 endoscopy operations and 10 birth-giving cases.
