Patient Relations Department, related to the Ministry of Health, started a training course in Al Hasa.
This course lasted for 5 days in the presence of the Director of Health Affairs, Mr. Hussein Al Rewaily.
The Training Course covered different angles of rules and regulations for Patient Relations Department, methods of implementation, Department's role in health facilities and patient relations employee competencies. In addition of questionnaires (methods of distribution and drawing conclusions). This course trained directors and employees of Patient relations Department from all hospitals and health centers in Al Hasa, where their number reached 25.
The training course presented a number of interactive workshops. In addition of the Department establishment, objectives, circulars issued to Patient Relations and other significant topics.This training is one of many courses provided by the Department and will cover many areas of the Kingdom according to a strategic plan implemented by the Department staff, under the supervision of the Minister's Councilor and General Supervisor of Patient Relations Department, Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Dakhil.
