University of Qaseem and Prince Fahad bin Salman Society for Kidney Patients Sign Memo of Understanding

The University of Qaseem Vice Chancellor Dr. Khalid Al-Hamoudi and the General Supervisor of Prince Fahad bin Salman Society for Kidney Patients Care HRH Prince Abdul Aziz bin Salman have signed on Thursday July 3, 2008 a memo of understanding between the University of Qaseem and Prince Fahad bin Salman Society for Kidney Patients Care for supporting the Society's educational program through admitting a number of kidney failure patients, kidney donors, or their relatives at the University of Qaseem for enabling them to obtain jobs that may assist them in depending upon themselves and supporting their families. The MOU also paves the way for enrollment of 200 male and 200 female students yearly at the university.
 
According to the Executive Manager of the Society Dr. Abdullah Al-Digaither, the step comes in fulfillment of the humanitarian and social role of the Society, the efforts of which is devoted to providing the best medical, social, and educational services to kidney failure patients.
 
He said many families include either kidney failure patients or kidney donors, who are in a stage of age that enables them to bolster their academic capabilities and support their families.
 
Dr. Al-Digaither extended his appreciations to the University of Qaseem, represented by its Vice Chancellor Dr. Khalid Al-Hamoudi, for their concern devoted to this sector of patients.
