Live Chat
Since the launch of its new e-portal, the Ministry of Health has added more services and electronic transactions to enable interactive participation.

Live Chat is a new service which enables users to communicate with any portal content employee to ask questions and make suggestions related to the portal content. In addition, portal users can bring up any logging in and participation difficulties as well.

Live Chat is currently available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. all weekdays except Thursdays and Fridays.  MOH hopes to expand the service to operate 24 hours a day.
