Organizational Reporting Structure:
Reports to the General Manager of the Office.
General Objective:
In charge of all confidential tasks related to archiving and editing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Tasks:
- Receiving incoming confidential correspondence, filing and presenting to the General Manager of the Office.
- Entering the data of incoming confidential correspondence via computer.
- Referring correspondence to concerned parties.
- Informing Follow-up Unit of topics to be followed.
- Entering the data of outgoing confidential communications via computer and sending them to the concerned parties, with one copy of the each correspondence to be kept in classified files.
- Dealing with confidential and private correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, in a timely manner in addition to sending it to the General Manager of the Office with appropriate levels of confidentiality.
- Preparing a summary of incoming correspondence according to the directives of the General Manager of the Office.
- Editing confidential correspondence and reviewing incoming proposed confidential projects and letters according to the directives of the General Manager of the Office.
- Performing any other assigned task.
