The Ministry of Health (MOH) has launched the services of 937 Call Center for pilgrims during 1443H-Hajj Season. The center works to receive and respond to pilgrims’ health inquiries and consultations, as well as handling all notifications about health services provided to them urgently.
“The center provides a distinctive service, represented in searching for missing inpatients at all health facilities of the holy sites, in addition to receiving pilgrims’ calls about their need for medical services,” stated MOH, highlighting that the center provides all these services in various languages (English, Urdu, French, Indonesian, Turkish, and Persian), and through its several channels, including phone call, Twitter, e-mail, Sign Language (Eshara) App for the deaf, and WhatsApp Messenger.
MOH added that the (937) center features a number of administrators, specialists, and consultants, working to provide 24/7 services to callers from inside and outside the Kingdom; to meet their primary health needs, based on a mechanism that ensures receiving the largest possible number of calls, Allah’s Willing.
For its part, MOH’s Employee Call Center (920009080) has announced its services provided to MOH’s employees mandated to serve pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season, under the theme: «We Are to Serve Pilgrims and Support You». MOH, represented by MOH’s Employee Call Center, is keen to follow up and address all challenges facing healthcare practitioners and administrators during this year’s Hajj season; to ensure the provision of high-quality health services to pilgrims. It is noted that the center works to receive and handle requests related to the requirements of healthcare practitioners and administrators at the holy sites, including work environment, in addition to escalating and following up the needs of health facilities. It is worth mentioning that the Center works to directly receive and handle calls around the clock.
